Refund Policy for Mélanges Apaisants Candle Shop

At Mélanges Apaisants, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items. However, if you receive a candle with a cracked or broken jar, we will be happy to replace it under the following conditions:

    1.    Broken Jar Replacement: If your candle arrives with a cracked or broken jar, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
   2.    Email Notification: Send an email to melangesapaisants2020@gmail.com with the subject line “Broken Jar Replacement.” In the email, please include:
   •    Your order number
   •    A clear photo of the damaged jar
   •    A brief description of the issue
   3.    Replacement Process: Once we receive your email with the necessary information, we will process your replacement and ship a new candle to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that no refunds will be issued, and this policy applies strictly to candles with cracked or broken jars upon arrival.

Shipping Policy for Mélanges Apaisants Candle Shop

At Mélanges Apaisants, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Below is our shipping policy, which outlines the key details of our shipping process.

Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Processing Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
-Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Delivery Time: An estimated delivery time within the continental United States is typically 5-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
- International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and will be provided at checkout.

Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
- P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Box addresses using USPS.
- APO/FPO Addresses: We also ship to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times for these locations may be longer.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- Order Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages
- Shipping Damages: Mélanges Apaisants is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Claims: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Mélanges Apaisants is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Restrictions
- Restricted Items: Some items may not be available for shipping to certain regions due to local regulations.
